My purpose is to leave people and organizations better than I found them. Whether leading transformation, mentoring future leaders, or challenging the status quo, I lead with clarity, care, and a strong belief that meaningful change is always within reach.

I am a true generalist, who is best known for my ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence organizational culture through leading effective change. I’m a dedicated coach and mentor who truly cares about empowering others and driving success.

I call southwestern Ontario home, where I live with my husband and two amazing children, who remind me every day that I still have a lot to learn – about everything!

Elevating People and Organizations

Rhonda Choja has spent her career proving that transformation isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a decision.  She has led through personal and organizational change when the pressure was high, resistance was strong, and the outcome truly mattered.

As a strategic operations executive, Rhonda doesn’t just manage change—she thrives in it. Known for stepping into complexity and asking the right questions, she helps organizations move from chaos to clarity. Her experience spans operational turnarounds, organizational redesign, risk and compliance, governance, and large-scale transformation. Wherever she goes, she unlocks momentum by challenging assumptions and reimagining what’s possible.

Rhonda’s story goes beyond strategy and structure—it’s driven by purpose. She believes people, when truly seen, heard, and challenged with care, can accomplish extraordinary things. That belief fuels everything she does, from mentoring future leaders to delivering keynotes that inspire courage and action.

She’s spoken on stages across Canada, including the Women in Policing Conference, All Women LEAD, Deloitte 360, and the BTOES Financial Services Summit. Her message resonates because it’s real: growth is hard, change is personal, and leadership starts with knowing who you are.

She brings a rare combination of strategic insight and emotional intelligence. She’s a systems thinker who leads with heart, equally at ease redesigning risk frameworks or speaking to a thousand people about resilience, courage, and the power of using your voice.

Rhonda holds an MBA, multiple change and agile certifications, and has completed executive programs at Ivey and Rotman. She is passionate about strong corporate governance and lends her expertise as a volunteer board member for organizations committed to making an impact.

Today, she partners with teams and speaks to audiences navigating uncertainty, redefining leadership, and choosing to evolve. Her work combines executive experience with practical insight, human connection, and a presence that leaves a lasting impression.

Rhonda doesn’t just talk about transformation—she helps people and organizations take the leap.

I met Rhonda through a Leadership Challenge; Rhonda’s personal growth resonated deeply with the challenges we face as women throughout our leadership journey.  She is a great mentor and coach that continues to support me in more ways than she can ever imagine. Her leadership style and personal change management is inspiring, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have met her as she continues to help me shape my professional and personal progression.
